    • All orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
    • You will receive a notification email when your order has shipped.
  • Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
    • We offer different USPS shipping methods depending on the items in your order
    • Sticker-Only Orders (Free Letter Mail)
      • Cost - FREE on all sticker-only orders.
      • Carrier - USPS First-Class Mail (Standard Envelope/"Snail Mail").
      • Tracking - No tracking available for standard letter mail.
      • Estimated Delivery - 3-7 business days from the ship date.
    • All Other Orders
      • Carrier - USPS (Ground Advantage or Priority Mail).
      • Cost - Calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, or order total.
      • Tracking - Included. You will receive a USPS tracking link via email as soon as your order ships.
      • Estimated Delivery - 2-5 business days from the ship date, depending on the USPS service selected at checkout.
  • Untracked Letter Mail Disclaimer (Stickers)
    • To keep shipping 100% free on sticker orders, we send them using standard stamped envelopes.
    • Because letter mail does not feature barcode tracking, we cannot provide real-time tracking updates or guaranteed delivery dates for sticker-only orders.
    • USPS letter mail usually arrives quickly, but standard postal delays can occasionally happen. Please allow up to 10-14 business days from your shipment confirmation before contacting support regarding an unreceived sticker order.
    • If your order hasn't arrived after 14 business days, email us at info@theleiplughawaii.com with your order number and we'll take care of it.
  • Shipping Address Accuracy
    • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before finalizing your purchase.
    • If you notice an error in your address, email us immediately at info@theleiplughawaii.com.
    • Once a package or letter has been accepted by USPS, we cannot modify the shipping address or reroute the package.
  • Missing or Delayed Packages (Tracked Orders)
    • For orders shipped with USPS tracking, please check your tracking link for real-time status updates. If your tracking states "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please:
      • 1. Check surrounding areas, porch, or mailroom.
      • 2. Allow 24 hours, as USPS occasionally marks items delivered slightly before drop-off.
      • 3. Contact your local USPS post office with your tracking number.
